About Matthew

A proven leader who's lived the climb.

Matthew Tate brings a rare combination to the coaching and consulting space: the hands-on experience of scaling a company from six figures to an eight-figure exit, and the human depth of a former educator and coach who knows how to bring out the best in people.

Based in Keller, TX, Matthew has led full-cycle enterprise sales, built go-to-market strategies from scratch, and helped teams grow without losing their culture. His consulting is grounded in real numbers, real systems, and real conversations — no fluff.

Outside of work, Matthew is a husband of 15 years and a father of four — two of whom are adopted. His Christian faith is the foundation of everything he does — how he leads, how he serves, and how he shows up for clients and family alike.

Matthew is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt, bringing the same discipline, humility, and growth mindset from the mats into his work. He serves as a board member for US Para Jitsu, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to making Jiu-Jitsu accessible to athletes with disabilities.
